For a professional-inspired treatment, we recommend using two rollers simultaneously to maximise the cooling, draining, and de-puffing benefits.
How to use
The Ice Roller should be placed in cold water for at least 15 minutes or kept in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before use. After applying your cream or mask, use the Ice Roller to gently massage the face. This delivers a cooling, decongesting, and firming effect.
Begin your massage at the collarbone, using gentle circular movements to stimulate circulation and support lymphatic drainage. Continue along the sides of the neck, rolling in downward motions to encourage decongestion.
On the face, start at the chin and work from the centre outwards, using smooth, upward movements to lift and sculpt. Progress gradually across the cheeks and continue towards the forehead, always moving from the centre of the face outwards.
Finish by rolling from the forehead down along the sides of the face and neck, guiding the movement back towards the collarbone to complete the drainage pathway. Repeat each movement up to three times for a complete ritual.
